We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

3. Return and Refund Policy

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

• Regular-Priced Items: An exception is made for regular-priced items with inherent product defects or previously unnoticed flaws. Should you believe your item has a manufacturing issue, you must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification of a defect, we will offer an exchange for the identical item or issue a store gift card for its value.

• Sale Items: All items marked as "sale" or "clearance" are strictly final sale. They are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or gift cards for any reason.

4. Shipping Policy

All shipping and delivery services are managed by our logistics partner, Wakilni. Once an order has been dispatched and is in the possession of Wakilni, we are no longer liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage. All inquiries regarding delivery status should be directed to Wakilni using the tracking information provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses
