Once your order is ready, it is professionally handled by our trusted partner, Wakilni. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days across Lebanon.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via Whatsapp or email as soon as your order is out for delivery.
Note: While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, such as traffic or severe weather.
Damaged/Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.

Please include your town or village, street, building and floor, plus a nearby landmark in your delivery address. Provide a reachable phone number so the courier can contact you.

North Lebanon: Next-day delivery, up to 3 business days maximum.
Other Lebanese Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

Are all items new with tags?

All our items are brand new. Most of them with tags. Some items may have a damaged or missing tag or packaging. If you're buying a gift, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll make sure your whole order comes with tags.

Can I return my product?

All sales are final unless a defect was missed during our inspection (In this case, you'll be refunded of course). However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit.
