Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We deliver across all of Lebanon and to Syria through our trusted delivery partner, Wakilni.
How long does delivery take?
North Lebanon: next-day delivery, up to 3 business days maximum. Other Lebanese areas: 3 to 5 working days. Syria: up to 10 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
Lebanon: free on orders over $80. Otherwise, $3 to Tripoli and $5 anywhere else in Lebanon.
Syria: free on orders over $100. Otherwise, $10 per order.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes. You can pick up from our warehouse in Koura, North Lebanon, Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM (closed on Sundays). Please message us on WhatsApp before you come so your order is ready when you arrive.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number on our Track Your Order page, or send us your order number on WhatsApp.

Order directly on our website, or send us the product name or photo on WhatsApp (+961 71 85 77 03) and we'll place the order for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery and Whish to Whish. In Lebanon, you can pay in US dollars or Lebanese pounds (LBP). In Syria, we accept US dollars only.
Products & Quality
Are your products original?
Yes, 100%. Every item we sell is original. We carry genuine European brands such as Esmara, Lupilu, Livergy, Parkside, Crivit and Silvercrest, plus original Adidas sourced from European and American outlets, alongside our own Outlet By Houda label.
Why are your prices lower than in stores?
We source directly from outlets in Europe and the US and bring the items to Lebanon ourselves, so you pay outlet prices instead of mall prices for the same original products.
Are all items new with tags?
Most of our items are brand new with tags. Some items may have a damaged or missing tag or packaging. If you're buying a gift, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll make sure your whole order comes with tags.
Are your products inspected before shipping?
Yes. All items are inspected before they leave our warehouse. In the rare case a defect is missed, you'll be fully refunded.
How do I find my size?
Most of our clothing uses European (EU) sizes. Check the size chart that matches your item:

Exchanges & Refunds
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, on regular-priced items. Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the condition you received it. The delivery charge for the exchange is paid by the customer. Underwear and beauty products can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Can I exchange or return sale and clearance items?
No. Items bought on sale or clearance are final sale and can't be exchanged or returned, unless they have a defect that was missed during our inspection.
Can I get a refund?
If an item has a defect that was missed during our inspection, you'll be fully refunded, including on sale items. For regular-priced items, we're also happy to offer an exchange or store credit within the 24-hour exchange window.

Who is Outlet By Houda?
Founded in late 2020, Outlet By Houda operates from a dedicated warehouse in Koura, North Lebanon, bringing original European and American brands to Lebanese and Syrian families at outlet prices.
