أ - محيط الصدر:
يتم قياس محيط الصدر بشريط قياس أفقيًا، ليس بإحكام شديد ومباشرة عند مستوى الصدر.
ب - محيط تحت الصدر:
محيط الجسم الأفقي، يُقاس مباشرة تحت الصدر.
ج - محيط الخصر:
يُقاس أفقيًا عند أضيق نقطة في الجسم أو في المنتصف بين قوس الضلوع وعظم الورك.
د - محيط الورك:
يُقاس محيط الوركين بشريط قياس عند أوسع نقطة في الوركين.
