Where do you ship?

We ship across Lebanon and Syria through our trusted delivery partner, Wakilni.

How long does delivery take?

North Lebanon: next-day delivery, up to 3 business days maximum. Other Lebanese areas: 3 to 5 working days. Syria: up to 10 working days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over $80 ship free. Otherwise, delivery is $3 to Tripoli and $5 anywhere else in Lebanon.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery and Whish to Whish.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

All sales are final unless a defect was missed during our inspection — in that case, you'll be fully refunded. We're also happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, on most items — excluding underwear and beauty products, which can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Product Quality

Are your products inspected before shipping?

Yes. All items are inspected before they leave our warehouse. In the rare case a defect is missed, you'll be refunded.

Where are your products sourced from?

We carry genuine European brands — including Esmara, Lupilu, Livergy, Parkside and Crivit — at outlet prices, alongside our own Outlet By Houda label.
