Horizontal body circumference measured directly below the breasts.

C - Waist circumference:

Measure your waist circumference horizontally in the narrowest part of your body or in the middle between the lower edge of your rib cage and your pelvic bone.

D - Hip circumference:

The circumference of the hips is measured by applying a tape measure around the widest part of the hips.
